I absolutely love this ceasar dressing. Hi Linda, It’s hard to say exactly but I would say 1-1/3 cups is enough for about 10 medium salads (about 2 cups of romaine per serving). This was awesome. Better than any restaurant dressing and way better than any bottled caesar!!! This may be my new favorite salad dressing! Even my 78 year old Italian mother sheepishly said she preferred it to her “traditional” (with the raw egg) caesar dressing! Came out great but I had to put in real anchovies, I love those little guys. I used 1/3 cup of mayonnaise and 1/3 cup of olive oil, thus reducing the “fat” by 1/3 cup. I felt it was a bit bland at first butI increased the garlic to 3 cloves,added a bit more mustard and included 3 anchovy fillets and it was very good.
